Sam Knight has started 4 business and is currently the founder and CEO of Pollen8. He has a passion for innovation and building businesses especially in the changing and unpredictable digital environment. His career and experiences span from projects in the large global corporate world to the small, agile, and fast pass start-up environment. After University, where he focused on how digital is changing global governance, he spent 2 years in PwC’s digital transformation team. He is now the co-founder and CEO of Pollen8 who focus on delivering corporate innovation programmes for their employees, and a work discovery platform that enables a fluid working environment within and between organisations. There is a huge transformation happening in labour markets and the work place will be unrecognisable within 10 years. Pollen8 is ushering in the future of work by breaking down jobs into skills, competencies and motives. Pollen8 has recently won the Lean Startup Summit in London, a Founders Factory competition, they pitched at Founders Forum, and won a New Entrepreneurs foundation award.
