‘As a serial entrepreneur, I have been founding and building companies for over 15 years, holding leadership positions across the board from CEO, commercial strategy, sales management and business development.

Areas of focus have been in the creative, e-commerce, consumer internet and digital marketing space across a number of global markets.

My hit and miss rate:

Co-founded 3 companies, 1 failed, 1 merged, 1 still going (where I raised over $15m in VC finance in New York).

Joined 2 companies, 1 was an agency I helped to grow to 250 employees where I lead a $20m exit to an Indian PE firm. The other is UNiDAYS where I am now running the commercial operations globally.

My areas of expertise are sales, outbound sales strategies, business development, account development, commercial operations, incentive planning, business strategy, strategic partnerships, organisational design, executive hiring, category design, B2B marketing plus recruiting, motivating, training & scaling large teams in multiple countries.
