Jessica Vollman is the founder of The Vollman Group, a company that advises growth stage startups as they prepare to expand their operations internationally. She works with clients to scale company growth through strategy, marketing, and consistent customer experience.
Prior to consulting Jessica was one of the first employees at education company General Assembly, most recently serving as Director of New Market Expansion. She helped develop the company’s go-to-market strategy, led market research, managed launch operations, and built strategic partnerships, enabling the company to scale to 650 employees in 14 cities around the world.
At General Assembly she worked with a team of 14 marketing producers to develop the offline marketing strategy for each market and developed partnerships with various companies, including Facebook, Conde Nast, SXSW, AT&T, American Express, The New York Times, and Pearson, among others.
Prior to joining General Assembly, Jessica held marketing and event roles at Mediabistro and International Meeting Managers. She has over a decade of comprehensive experience building brand awareness through strategic partnerships and unique marketing initiatives and creating scalable processes for growth-stage companies.
