Tomo is the UK country manager for Doreming. Doreming believes employment is at the core of financial inclusion. Doreming are integrating a real time payroll system to payment systems, for workers to spend their take home pay, when they have worked, without interest and fees and waiting for payday. Prior to joining Doreming, Tomo worked in Japan and UK for 7 years in Banking. Tomo received an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London. At Doreming, Tomo is responsible for partnerships in tackling issues in financially including workers.
