Srinivas brings 26 years of professional experience at, and working with, senior management and Boards giving him the breadth of perspective and depth of detail in designing and managing global businesses. He has held leadership positions specialising in Global Sourcing Strategy, business and deal architecting, governance and change management.
Srinivas has been involved with Microsoft’s restructuring and management of its outsourcing and shared services footprint. In his current role, he is responsible for driving the strategic agenda for transforming its Finance shared services operations into an enterprise platform provider for global business services. He is also a member of a core group of professionals within Microsoft responsible for shaping and driving its enterprise-wide relationships with strategic suppliers.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Srinivas held management consulting positions specializing in the design and management of global outsourcing and shared services operations.
A Sloan Fellow of the London Business School, Srinivas has Masters Degrees in Economics and Management. A prolific writer and presenter of thought leadership on outsourcing and shared services, he was recognised by the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network or contribution and thought leadership to the Outsourcing industry. He is a member of the UK Committee to develop European Services Standards led by UK’s National Standards Body, BSI Group. He is on the Editorial Board of the Contracting Excellence Magazine, and chairs the Governance and Transformation Advisory Council, of the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management.
