Paul O’Hare is a partner in Kemp Little’s commercial technology team, and leads the firm’s sourcing practice. He advises suppliers and customers in a range of industry sectors on their IT and business process outsourcing deals. Paul was recently named in the Global Sourcing Association’s A-List for 2016-2017, was named Outsourcing Lawyer of the Year in England in 2014 (by Corporate International Magazine), and won International Law Office’s Client Choice Award 2013 for IT.

Paul writes and edits the outsourcing chapter (including the outsourcing precedent documentation) for Practical Commercial Precedents, one of the UK’s leading commercial precedent textbooks, and sits on the outsourcing editorial board for Practical Law for Companies, the UK’s leading online legal information provider..
