An expert in Capital Markets and Financial Technology businesses, Oliver has held senior positions at a number of leading UK and international banks and trading houses. At Traiana Inc, he founded the European business prior to its sale to ICAP Plc for $252m in 2008.

He also worked at Barclays Capital where he was responsible for the build out of the Derivative Clearing business.

Before joining VoxSmart, Oliver held a senior front office role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for the establishment of the European Derivatives Clearing and Regulatory Reform business.

Oliver is an FCA Regulated CF30 and holds an MBA from Cass Business School as well as Law degrees from the University of Surrey.
