For 25 years Mike has helped individuals and organisations catalyse ideas into action through people. He has worked for both early stage startups and established organisations in the design and facilitation of business strategy, sales and marketing effectiveness, client engagement, communications and leadership development.

He has been involved with MassChallenge since its inception as an external advisor and facilitator of strategic growth. In his current full time role he is focused on the creation and expansion of value through MassChallenge Headquarters, the global shared services function of MassChallenge.

Prior to MassChallenge he was most recently a Principal with Collective Next, a collaborative design firm based in Boston. He partnered with the TED organisation at their global conferences and has helped to organise TEDxBoston for the past 4 years. Prior to that he held senior roles at AchieveGlobal, Personnel Decisions International, and SapientCorporation.

He holds a dual undergraduate degree in Psychology and Economics from Boston College, and Masters in Education (Ed.M) from Boston University. When not at MassChallenge you can usually find him on a sports field on the south shore with his wife, two sons and his dog.
