
Kerry Hallard is the CEO of the Global Sourcing Association and Director of the European Outsourcing Association.
Kerry is leading the GSA to grow the reach and the reputation of the outsourcing industry globally. Professionalising the outsourcing industry through standards and qualifications is core to the GSA's work today.
The GSA sits on the development boards of the latest ISO standards in outsourcing and lobbies European Government on legislative issues that impact the outsourcing industry.
In addition to its Outsourcing LifeCycle Model and online assessment system, the GSA publishes a range of best practice guides, training manuals and industry leading research and runs numerous events, conferences and awards ceremonies in the UK and in Europe.
Prior to joining the GSA full time, Kerry was Managing Director of Buffalo Communications, the communications consultancy which the GSA had outsourced its marketing, membership services and Secretariat to and was publisher of sourcingfocus.com and the Outsourcing Yearbook. During her 20 years in communications Kerry consulted for companies to include: ICL; Lexmark; IBM; KPN Qwest; Avaya; Crystal Decisions and Cincom.
Kerry received an MBA from Kingston Business School in 2004. Prior to commencing her career in communications, Kerry worked in Eagle Star Insurance Services IT department. Kerry graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA Hons in Modern Languages and Information Systems.
