When will the event be held?

4pm - 7pm on Sunday, 16th October; 9am – 5pm on Monday, 17th October and 9am – 5pm on Tuesday 18th October, 2016.

Where will it be held?

The Intercontinental O2 in North Greenwich, London, UK. This is a new venue, designed with luxury in mind, with 3,000 square metres of space. Visit their website.

How can I get there?

You can take the Jubilee line on the London Underground to North Greenwich. The Thames Riverboat service also runs to North Greenwich pier nearby. There are plenty of bus services that operate in the vicinity. There is also plenty of parking space.

Why are we holding this summit?

This is the evolution of our previous event series known as innovaBRICS & beyond and we broadened it to global expansion in order to meet the demand of clients. Find out more about the background to this event in Our Mission.

Who is behind it?

The management team has a proven track record of delivering high quality events including Mobile World Congress, Money 2020 and ShopTalk. The managing director is Fernando Faria who was previously Marketing Director at the GSMA.

How can I attend?

You can register for Startup Pass, Standard Pass, Premium Pass or Group Pass on our registration page. Startup Pass applicants must be pre-approved and meet the requirements before confirmation of their pass. There is only a limited number of Standard Passes available. Register here.

Where can I stay?

Our venue, the Intercontinental O2, is also a luxury hotel with 453 guest rooms and suites over 18 floors. Please contact us if you have registered to attend and would like to stay at the Intercontinental O2. Greenwich also offers plenty of accommodation and the Jubilee takes you into the heart of central London so there is an easy journey from any central accommodation you choose.

How can I collect my badge when I arrive?

Details for badge collection will be available in due course closer to the event date. We will contact all registrants by email about this.

What time does the exhibition open?

Monday: 10:45 am

Tuesday: 9:30 am

What access will I have at the event?

If you are Premium Pass holder you can gain access to all areas including Premium Lounges and Roundtables. Standard Pass holders have access to the main Delegate Lounge, conference programme and exhibition but not the Premium Lounges or Roundtables. Startup Pass holders only have access to the exhibition, Showcase Stage and IN3 programme. If you’d like to upgrade your pass then please get in touch.

Will you be holding the summit in other locations?

At this stage, there is one event, which is the Brexit & Global Expansion Summit, held in London, UK.

Can I get a pass for one day?

Your pass offers access for all days and we recommend you attend all three to fully maximise your time at the summit.

Where can I park?

There are 220 spots available at the Intercontinental O2 on a first come first served basis. The cost to park is £10 for 15 hours and £24 for up to 24 hours.
